HUGE PROPS TO THIS DISPENSARY! BIGGEST SHOUTOUT TO GIRLBOSS KAT. Had a mishap with a product, typically you would reach out to the brand and the brand will be happy to help and dispensaries do not really like to help. The experience I had today was the exact opposite!! The brand Turn was very stand offish not admitting or apologizing for manufacturer problems BUT the dispensary really stepped out and went above and beyond to help me get what I paid for. I really appreciate the connection with the community from the dispensary. Because of this really positive experience I will be back!!!! KAT IS GREAT!

Great quality on different strains. Im from New York and we see very nice buds out there as well. But The Loft is all top shelf and you can see it through the product. Just picked up some Chemdawg and Super Platinum Og last night. Ive had them before, but wow the quality and how it smoked and tasted was very impressive. 5 STARS *****

Great shop on Roscoe! Been coming here for years when I'm in the SFV. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are good. I usually get prerolls and flowers here. Strawberries & Creme Cones and the Night Cones are my jam but they have lots of other options. Flower selection is always a plenty. I usually go with PFFN or Creme and I've never been disappointed. They have great prices and deals every day that make it even better! The staff is friendly and have good recommendations for when I want to try something new. I don't like ordering delivery from other places because I've had some rude and incompetent delivery drivers before, but their driver Jordan is always nice and courteous. He's the best and I know that when he pulls up the order will be correct.

Was greeted as soon as I walked in and immediately noticed all the plants, books, and crystals in the showroom. Cannabis products are all high quality and they offer delivery. The staff was very helpful, I will be coming back for another preroll :)
