I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. So.. being new to this Florida legal marijuana industry Fluent on Atlantic Blvd Jax was my 1st time purchasing . As a 1st time customer I had a 50% discount. I purchased 2 3gram containers and was given the discount on only one container instead of my total order. I was okay with that until I visited Surterra on Atlantic and was given the discount on my total order.. which is what I thought was going to happen at Fluent. If you’re looking for the best 1st time buyer discount… avoid Fluent. Other than that is was a great experience at both. Very knowledgeable, nice and definitely will visit both again.

Aidan was excellent! He’s helped me before, & always puts me at ease. Everyone always has a smile when you walk in, & they are always helpful & are very knowledgeable about cannabis products. I’ve been back a number of times now, but I’m still a dummy when it comes to choosing the best strain & strength for my chronic pain. There’s a vast selection of items to choose from that are nicely displayed & you can always find a lots of items on sale. I highly recommend the Bourbonnais store when you’re in the the area!

Every time I visit, I am always waited on by incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. I’ve been helped by Sabrina and Carlos, who I informed of what I was looking for in my medication and fitted me with the perfect remedy. I always leave happy and impressed with the products I purchase. Quality products, quality staff.

I have been shopping at Wild Herb since they opened the doors. I have always had a good experience. The Budtenders are knowledgeable and the atmosphere has always been pleasant. Shout out to Shanda and Prince for recommendations on product.
