As a first-time red card holder in Colorado Springs, I recently had the opportunity to visit a medical marijuana dispensary and was blown away by my experience at this particular dispensary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff Chris and Amber who were eager to answer all of my questions and help me find the right products to meet my needs. The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. I was impressed with the variety of strains available and the different methods of consumption, including edibles, tinctures, and topicals. Chris took the time to educate me on the different strains and their effects, as well as the best methods of consumption for my specific needs, especially the edibles!! One thing that really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety and responsible use. Chris made sure to explain the importance of starting with a low dosage and waiting to see how it affects me before consuming more. He also provided clear instructions on how to properly use each product. And was pleasantly surprised by the education I received from Amber regarding the process of the medical marijuana plants transfers. As a patient, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate the legal requirements for growing, obtaining and using medical marijuana, but Amber at this dispensary took the time to explain the process in detail. Amber and Chris were extremely knowledgeable about the laws and regulations governing medical marijuana in the state, city, county, and they were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. What impressed me the most was the staff's emphasis on responsible use and safety. They provided me with clear instructions on how to properly use medical marijuana and the potential side effects to look out for. They also took the time to address any concerns I had and provided me with resources for further education. The education I received from at this dispensary was mind blowing and outstanding!! They were knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and I left feeling confident and informed about the medical process of marijuana laws. OH, Did I mention PATIENT!! Like seriously OMG!!! I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for EXCELLENT customer service and education on the legal and medical aspects of using medical marijuana! They also give you a store credit to reimburse you for the cost of you're doctor's certification visit prior to obtain you're medical marijuana licence!! First time coming here, super stoked at the service I received. They were sold out of one item I had ordered online which sucked but I got amazing deals on a bunch of pre rolls. Only issue for me was the security.. on their phones, leaned against walls, attitude.. no real physical presence and as a veteran, these guys would be considered soft targets.

Best blue dream in Colorado Springs hands down. Gives you the most powerful munchies I’ve ever had in my life but not a complaint haha, definitely would and do recommend to my friends as much as possible!

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and there’s always so much to choose from. Top shelf flower is amazing and the $50 selection is pretty good, too. Plenty of concentrates and edibles. Happy hour discounts and daily specials are great money savers, too. I can’t imagine not coming here.

This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). I have been a loyal customer for years and I've always had a great experience from all of the staff members. My last visit was about 2 weeks ago and I was assisted by Alissa. She was courteous, patient and professional and I wanted to give her a shout out on a stellar job.

The ER is always awesome! I went to the other dispensary across the street from the ER, A Cut Below?, a HUGE MISTAKE.

Ordered 14g of snow rider at 1pm didn’t know the strain. Dude was there at 2pm exactly. Cool guy good service great flower quality. I highly recommend.
