This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). Great environment placed an order online and called to verify. Once I arrived there was a lot of parking and there was security at the front entrance. The lady was nice when she helped me with the online order and it was a great deal getting the RS1000 vaporizer and NY Zoo for a first time gift too!

They have outstanding customer service. Stina was great and communicated well. She was super helpful with my order! Monica delivered it and was super sweet and helpful as well.
