I am always treated like family and they always have the best deals on EVERYTHING. The absolute only time I ever go anywhere else is when I'm in another state. They are hands down the absolute best dispensary and I can't say enough about the staff. No other dispensary can come close to them, NO ONE!!!!

Absolutely better than anything in phoenix. I use tincture or RSO for my condition and I found my new source here. Coming from Phoenix I’ve been using Drip for years. I would never buy that brand again. The Mary's Medicinals The Remedy THC .44oz Tincture is so much better. The taste is amazing and the effects actually work now. Wow, wow, wow! D’Ann went above and beyond to help me out. Even though Elevated didn’t have my strain, they made sure I didn’t walk away unhappy. This level of friendly service is simply unmatched anywhere else in the bay. Highly recommend, especially if D’Ann is behind the counter!

When I used to live in Alameda, this would be my go to shop. Super friendly staff, great service and knowledge of everything on display. Anytime I head back to Alameda, I’ll be stopping here for sure. And their merch is super cute

My delivery guy I have had both times now is such a good vibed human being and I don’t even know his name. Great great service if nothing else this guy is the reason I will come back religiously.

they do good business In and out if you need to be, but traditionally welcoming environment if you haven't a clue your freedom to make an informed decision is more to less, respected and won't directly inconvenience anybody like you know you've delt with at other dispensaries that who's name I will not mention.

HUGE PROPS TO THIS DISPENSARY! BIGGEST SHOUTOUT TO GIRLBOSS KAT. Had a mishap with a product, typically you would reach out to the brand and the brand will be happy to help and dispensaries do not really like to help. The experience I had today was the exact opposite!! The brand Turn was very stand offish not admitting or apologizing for manufacturer problems BUT the dispensary really stepped out and went above and beyond to help me get what I paid for. I really appreciate the connection with the community from the dispensary. Because of this really positive experience I will be back!!!! KAT IS GREAT!
