Quick and friendly service, knowledgeable purveyor, new items arriving often, but staples remain the same. Also the consumer racial component (Shopping While Black) is completely absent. Anytime someone asks if I need assistance, I get the impression they truly want to help me meet my strain/product/strength needs.

This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). Been to pretty much every medical and Rec. dispensary in San Diego and The Grove is the best IMO. Nice friendly employees, great selection of any type of cannabis you can think of. The deals they have are incredible too. Go check it out for yourself.

I’ve been to 6-7 area dispensaries and this has been the best experience I’ve ever had. The space is large, clean, well-organized. The menu is very visible. By far the best service I’ve ever had a place. 2 female budtenders working that day, one of them was so helpful in picking strains that help with creativity and energy without making me anxious. Her edible selection was spot-on. My new favorite place!

2nd time coming here and the vibes are chill and friendly which is perfect for this kind of joint ;) 10/10 totally recommend.
