These guys are incredible, truly the best customer service I've had in 20 years. There was a issue outside of their control and I reached out about it. That same day, I get a call that leads to the manager Toby. Both he and the customer service rep were wonderful. Toby was SO phenomenally kind, funny, genuine and knowledgeable it blew me away. He made things more than right and was generous beyond what I've ever experienced. He offered me great advice and expanded my knowledge of the products too, using his own personal experience to connect with me. So honestly, this is the only dispensary I'll be using moving forward. I always enjoy coming in here; the manager and budtenders are always friendly and know how to find exactly what you need ! If you want consistent excellent service and solid prices I would come by !

The name of the game is high end products at a price point that makes sense for everyone. I recently became interested in RSO tabs and found this shop with massive discounts. We swooped in and picked up two containers for less than a c note. That’s always a huge bonus!

Been going here for years, my fave dispensary hands down! Great selection of everything you could possibly want. I'd like to send a shout out to the last budtender who took care of me. Josiah went above and beyond to help me place an order for seeds, hunting them down and then calling me back to let me know what was available. Give Josiah a raise! Cheerful, helpful and knowledgable, made the whole experience a treat!

This might be the best dispensary in the east bay. Prices are nearly half compared to other places for the same product. Black owned business. Super nice and friendly staff. Just excellent all around :)
