Great selections, friendly budtenders. The store is open during COVID season with phone and online ordering only. Curbside pick up available. Excellent premium strain choices (not sure why it’s bad that it’s pre-packaged, some dispensaries just dump the packages in the display anyway), from flower to pre-rolls, concentrates and edibles: Sovereign, Sweetwater Farms, FloraCal, Kings Garden. Budtenders are very kind and patient, and they actually remember you!

Friendly folks, welcoming layout, in and out quickly. Kind of a hidden gem for top shelf flower, w/ 2022 Emerald Cup winners in their inventory at ~$5 cheaper per eighth than anywhere else in the city at the time of this posting. Will definitely be back!

Josiah went above and beyond to help me place an order for seeds, hunting them down and then calling me back to let me know what was available. Give Josiah a raise! What I like about Grass Roots was that not only was the staff very helpful, hearing about their experiences with cannabis products helped me delve into a part of cannabis. That new part was edibles. I purchased the Huckleberry Wyld gummies and they gave me the best high I received in a while. Thank you Grass Roots SF!!!!!

I come here at least once a week or 10 times a month... literally. The staff: it's a hit or miss depending on if they're new or not. I know some of the staff names as to Gio & Daniel. They're dope budtenders, knowledgeable and enjoy our small chats. I typically come in the night before they close, since I get off pretty late at 9:30 in Marin County, I always try to make it because it's open until 10PM, which helps me even if there about to close, I understand that it's a bothersome being that late customer but, there's no dispensary in Marin County open late, so crossing the bridge is worth it especially with welcoming staff that are true to their job and helping people with their needs. Always gives the best recommendations.
