I love the atmosphere. I like the professionalism and qualified staff. I find this place to be genuinely dedicated to their customers needs. Also, the atmosphere is super nice and clean but not too sterile. I battle cancer and I am prone to occasional brain fog which triggers frustration & yup, tears. I have to give a shout out to Cass working last Friday night. I swear her name tag said Cass sorry if I’m wrong. Can I just say that she was so dang amazing. She listened to me like I was the only one there, then she whips out perfect amount of compassion and then humor? Seriously, shows what real customer service is about. I went home grateful. I accidentally received the wrong strain for one of my products and Mike G and Scott H at the front door helped me get the correct one on the budtender desk! Definitely was a blessing and they were so nice and patient!

Great little place is my GO TO. I love that the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly about vape cartridges that are very reasonable if not the best deal on cartridges. I just came back from Santa Fe where I had gone for years and this little store in Tucumcari beat the price on vape cartridge’s half as much as SF even with the discount. Yerba Buena also had turned me on to a Dr. online to get my card renewed for only $50 . I had put off renewing my medical cannabis license because it was too expensive $125 and higher prices I was quoted. They have a reward system that allows you to keep your points even if you don’t go for over a year. I found out the hard way and lost over 7500 reward points from a store in Santa Fe because I didn’t spend any money for a year. I moved out of town.

Budtender was awesome (Char) and got me some amazing flower to try with my bogo (super lemon haze was FIRE) also went looking around the whole store for rso (which they have like 4 brands!!) really love the vibes and everyone in there said hi and smiled when I walked in. I don’t know why anyone is putting lower than 5 stars on harvest in Scottsdale. The staff is always friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They have great deals that change daily but you can check for the week ahead. I drive 30 minutes to get flower from here. Sometimes they have long lines but that’s how you know it’s quality. I would say harvest of Scottsdale is top 3 in the valley for bud.
