Thank you to the amazing staff at the Okeechobee store. You guys are amazing. You make it look seemless and effortless. You always wear a smile no matter what is going on. We didn't feel the shortage of Mini's as much as all the other stores because Sabi took care of us. She went thru hell and high heaven by reaching out to the Managers of the Suppliers. We don't feel a lot because of Sabi and her incredible staff. Savannah thank you for your beautiful smile and always being attentive to everyone. Lauryn, thank you for being simply awesome. You need a paid day off from Sabi. Honey, go home at least one day a week. lol Christina thank you, Chris you are amazing. I can not thank you enough for all you do. Your store is impeccable. This review is for the Avon Park store.... My second visit at this location and both times service has been outstanding !!!! Gregory has been very helpful to me both times .I have found the staff will go out of their way to make sure you get the right medication . Compared to other dispensaries I have been to this one is by far is my favorite !!!!! The quality that I receive and the great pricing is another reason I will be going back to this location...

AYR in Eustis is the best in Central Florida. They have the best products, sweet deals, and really nice, knowledgeable people. I've been to other dispensaries and there's no comparison. You walk in and get served usually right away. I've waited a half hour at several of their competitors. Joey is the manager and deserves a lot of credit. Thanks, AYR.

My experience here was great, despite having bad experiences at other Muv locations. The employees at Auburndale Muv were extremely friendly and provided helpful info about sales. There were several good strains available to choose from and the wait was relatively short.

This is probably the coziest dispensary I’ve been to. Don’t go on expecting fancy, you’re at the wrong place. Liberty has by far the best vape carts that I’ve tried so far, and will continue to visit them

I love this location! They have a nice selection of flower with great prices. The staff is amazing and are very knowledgeable. No complaints from me! I highly recommend this location!

I’ve been using trulieve for 2 years now, it’s always consistent minus one incident they were more then willing to correct or compensate. Trulieve is my forever home for my medicine and information on cannabis products and how to use them correctly and safely. Also huge shout out to Christal and Stacey for always insuring my order is precise and correct her and Stacey go above and beyond always.

By far the best experience in a dispensary, and this is a lot, considering it is a fairly new field of business, and most dispensaries give it a serious try to establish themselves with customers. Nevertheless, the service I received form Samantha B really stood out. She has outstanding customer attitude, her demeanor makes you feel that there is no other place she'd rather be at that moment, which is rare. Very impressed. Thank you Samantha!

I love this store, I used to have to commute to Winterhaven for my medicine now I shop locally!!! They had a brand new variety of products today when I stopped by and The staff are always positive and happy to see you when you walk in, always smiles! They know exactly how to help you and are always getting new items in each week. I feel like part of the team every time I stop in for my meds! this place is a huge success, thank you!

Amazing staff and atmosphere! I really don't see a reason to go anywhere other than MUV anymore. I don't have to wait in long lines, and it is decently priced compared to the competition. MUV just got a shopper for life.

I decided to up my products and today purchased a Loofa Dragon Egg. I had never used a product like this so the associate members at the Lakeland facility took their time and explained to me exactly how to use it and what not to do and gave me some very good advice. I'm terrible with names but I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone that works at the Lakeland dispensary. They always know me by name and they always make a point to speak to me even if They are not my bud tender for The day.

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Appreciate you.

I walked in to make my purchased on a Sunday afternoon. I initially expected it to be busy, but it was actually less than a 5 minute wait. I had the opportunity to work with Tylor and he was all over it. He made great recommendations and also took the time to explain the new dispensable calculations. Thanks again Tylor. I would say just the overall experience at this location with their team has been better than the other surrounding locations.
