First visit and I was so pleased. I had called before going to the shop. I spoke with Derek and he was so knowledgeable, so helpful and informed. When I arrived at the store the reception was friendly and Derek completed my transaction so smoothly and made me feel like this might be my new dispensary. It was my first visit on Monday the 15th. Reception was friendly upon arrival. Both customer service people were very welcoming when I told them I was a first timer to Trulieve. This store has such a happy positive vibe! The products are solid and staff is fire. Im enjoying the blue berry waffle bud I got a few weeks ago tonight. Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

The Oregon Noble is very relaxing and nice. This is a great location with a very friendly professional staff. In shopping center very nice location with other dispensaries nearby. Jimmy Buffett PAX cartridges are flavorful and the relief will take your pain away
