Krystal k was amazing ! She helped me and made me feel totally comfortable ! I was a newbie and super nervous she made the experience awesome and stress free! I would recommend fluent because of the great experience she ensured and she was very very knowledgeable ! Awesome place!

Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. I hope management comes to realize that her potential is being underutilized, and that she will drive success and prosperity to the company. Thank you Trulieve and Bianca!

Walking into Sunnyside truly lives up to its name. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and super inviting. He genuinely makes every visit an experience but also educates based on your needs and wants. This was my first visit to this dispensary and wow! They have friendly/excellent customer service. I did not ever feel rushed and Michelle kindly answered all of my questions and was super helpful and friendly. I’ve had experiences elsewhere here in Florida where the employees look like they hate their lives working in a certain dispensary and I never felt welcomed and always felt like a number. Not here. Excellent selection of quality medical product, accessories and great first time promotion. I will definitely be back!!

Manny, Vanessa, Willie, Sarah And everyone who works here is extraordinary! They take their time with you and are so knowledgeable! They are not trying to upsell you. They are trying to get you the medicine and delivery method that is right for you. These people are so pleasant and fun. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Trulieve tarpon springs always friendly staff and seem to have good stock compared to some busier locations that may run out fast of things like minis. Very helpful staff, my last visit I had a complicated order and had to change out a few things and Jodi took care of everything while still making me feel like she was happy to help.

Five star experience from start to finish . Jena was very helpful and knowledgeable while being friendly through out my visit . She had solid recommendations and made the overall experience fun and enjoyable . The place looks like an Apple store except I left happy and looking forward to my next visit . Winter Park location has Incredible management and great customer service. I would go out of my way to shop this location. Deshaun went above and beyond.

Tracey was very patient and helpful. Her coworker was very nice also. I had been curious about going and did not feel like getting dressed today due to the tropical storm and felt kind of stupid NOT being dressed or having my hair and makeup done, but they did not treat me any differently than any other customer that would have been all dressed up and that made me feel just as confident and not anxious as I had been walking in the doors!
