Surterra always hits it out of the park. Premium service by all (this time I was lucky enough to have Emilee take care of me), premium product, premium experience but without a premium price. They always have great promotions and I would argue are amongst the most knowledgeable MMTC staff I’ve met. I almost hesitate to review them because they are a hidden gem.

Loved my experience at Trulieve in Deerfield with Louis (Lu)! Every walk-in visit has been wonderful, honestly probably my #1 favorite place out of all the dispensary's. Super-friendly Staff! Terrific Service! The atmosphere was phenomenal. I was impressed with the wide Variety of Products to choose from all at reasonable Prices plus first few times include awesome Discounts. Lu is my go to person and I personally recommend him. He has guided me through every visit and answers all of my questions. He's very knowledgeable and has the best suggestions. He is attentive and friendly, while remaining efficient and professional. Lu made me feel at ease and doesn't create any pressure at all. I'm a very indecisive person so I struggle making a decision sometimes but Lu understood me and has the patience of a saint. Lu is amazing and so is the place so I will be coming back!!

The Oregon Noble is very relaxing and nice. This is a great location with a very friendly professional staff. In shopping center very nice location with other dispensaries nearby. Jimmy Buffett PAX cartridges are flavorful and the relief will take your pain away

They’re phenomenal. Great product, superior product and they have incredible customer service. They have a lot of product, so many strains, such a selection. Their product is also strong. The distillate is AWESOME.

Every time the staff makes a suggestion to me, they are right on the money with the products they reccommend. They are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. This store has such a happy positive vibe! The products are solid and staff is fire. Im enjoying the blue berry waffle bud I got a few weeks ago tonight. I saw a sour review a few days ago but I really can’t imagine that place or the staff being anything other than helpful and kind. Keep up the good work

Tyler was very helpful with me and got me exactly what I wanted. He makes the whole trulieve experience for me. My health is the most important thing to me and whenever I go to trulieve, Tyler makes it his duty that my health is just as important to him as it is to me.

First visit and I was so pleased. I had called before going to the shop. I spoke with Derek and he was so knowledgeable, so helpful and informed. When I arrived at the store the reception was friendly and Derek completed my transaction so smoothly and made me feel like this might be my new dispensary. At MUV they make me feel very comfortable, the staff know their products and are very informative. I liked that they take the time and explain what product is best for me. place is very clean and organized, I look forward to going there

Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

Very nice place. Very clean and nice decor. Service was fine. Didn’t really get a happy hello but the bud tender was not rude at all, and they were decently busy so very understandable. Good prices and sales on full gram carts. All and all would recommend they seem pretty busy so keep that in mind.

This is my favorite dispensary & not just because it’s the closest. The staff is great!! Prices are great!! They are the fastest with filling online & getting their patients in & out.
