What an amazing store, the budtenders name was Alexa and treated me so well and told me everything I needed to know about the buds I had acquired and overall gave me a well based experience at a dispensary. Every time I visit Bloom City I am greeted at the window by name and a friendly smile. The speed of service is fast and the product is top notch. I have been a patient since the dispensary opened and I have always been content and satisfied with the product and service. These folks are great. I just made my third 840-mile round-trip to shop exactly here, in this very shop, in this "tiny place out somewhere." It's worth it to me. And I've found a few other spots in and around town that I like to hit for food and entertainment. They were my first non-street buy, as I live in a place where everything still is outlawed, and I needed medical. Michigan had recently gone rec. I spent months exploring options and laws in surrounding states. Lots of cold-calling on the phone after that. These folks were different from the moment they answered the phone. There's a "main store," across the state, in Niles. Haven't been there, so I can't say how they compare. I chose the Chesaning shop. They aren't in a surrounding state. Hell, they're almost in another country, but I'll keep coming back.

What did I like about my visit? Everything! The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The store has a very respectable selection of quality flower at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place.
