I went in with a list of flower strains that I wanted and then asked a bud tender for recommendations for gummies. He was extremely helpful. I happen to visit the Hamtramck location during "happy hour" and received 15% off my purchases! The location was easy to access, everyone was friendly, and inside was very clean. Would absolutely go back!

Good experience overall. The customer service rep who checked me in,is friendly and knowledgeable about product. I was called up to the back very quickly and the bud tender was honest and didn’t try to sell me shit, he was straight up about everything. The price was on point for a half gram disposable, just what I was looking for since I’m only in town for a couple more days. He recommended a disposable that I probably would have never looked at but this hits hard. Only regret is I didn’t get the names of the product or the friendly folks who helped me.

We drove 4 hours round trip, it was well worth it. We were greeted with a great customer service smile by Armando, he informed us of everything we needed to know being first time customers. Corey then greeted us at the door, he answered our questions and referred us to a certain product, it was super quick and easy. I recommend The Firehouse, it's also easy to find on Hwy 139. I like shopping here and am a medical patient. I find the new specials and recreational strains a bit confusing. A good example is I enjoy blue dream but for some reason it is listed as recreational so for me to purchase it I must pay the higher recreational taxes . Who or what determines what is recreational and what is medical? Right now if you review the menu there are more recreational strands than medical 47-30 and many not designated at all. Glad they again started sending out the specials but I find that very confusing today’s specials were 10 grams for $50 or 10 grams for $90 good but what strains ? Doesn’t say ? I called to see what strands were the specials was told all our strains are on special every day so is it really a special if it’s that price everyday. Still a nice place and extremely nice people but to me seems they are trying to make it much harder than it needs to be.

Thankyou to Erin for finding me find products that helped deal with body pain. I wasn't sure at first if they have parking but they have parking in the back and across the street. Everyone that works here makes me feel welcome and they are very attentive, It makes me look forward to coming in to shop!

I come here just for the premium shake because nobody else has strain-specific shake, especially of this magnitude in variety. Their shake is better than most prepackaged ounces from other places. I’ve acquired a few strains specifically for their effects, and wasn’t disappointed at all. Great and friendly staff. Very convenient service, just sitting in the car. I want to try all the “flavors” of cannabis this place offers, they’re all amazing so far.
