They made it very easy from start to finish and gave me a 20% discount on my first time order….I’m over 65 and this helped a lot. I also got a defective ( go figure) disposable vape and they made it super easy to return it. Lots of product on the menu which is also a bonus…PA meds are still way too high……but they do run specials and I think they have a 10% discount for seniors~

Love this place. It’s near my work so it’s super convenient and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. My only qualm is their supply can sometime get a little sparse for what I’m looking for, but I imagine that has more to do with suppliers and distributers than the shop themselves. I’d *highly* ;) recommend Beyond Hello.

Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Her customer service skills are great! She made a comment that had me smiling the rest of the day. She interacts with people very well in my opinion! Organic Remedies in the North Hills was my introduction to the dispensary world. After three years in the program, OR is still my preferred place to go. From the standpoint of products, their THC/CBN capsules are something that actually help me sleep. I’m a professional insomniac, and nothing ever helps me sleep (that doesn’t leave me feeling it the next day). But the products I get here, for a very reasonable price, have helped more than anything I’ve ever tried. And I feel great in the morning. The tinctures work really nicely for me as well. I use them in addition to the CBN capsules. The Troches are an amazing deal. It’s nice to have options that don’t involve inhaling. Not that there’s anything wrong with inhaling. But options are nice. Most of all, though, I like going there for the people. I’ve been going there for three years and the staff is fantastic. They’re just normal, cool people who are always helpful and decent and kind. The front of house people, the budtenders, the pharmacists - everyone is great. And that matters to me. In three years I’ve only had a few occasions where I needed a little assistance or had a question about an order. They’ve always been completely understanding and helpful. I still go to other places. But I’m really glad to have the North Hills Organic Remedies as my home dispensary. Thank you to everyone there. Your decency is noticed.

The staff were incredibly helpful. I was given a small sample to try on my dog. His belly was raw from grass allergies. raw. It cleared up overnight. Gave it to my father who has been seeing dermatologist for dry, cracked hands. The first time he used it, the cracks began getting better. Excellent Quality and Excellent Service.

These folks are great. I just made my third 840-mile round-trip to shop exactly here, in this very shop, in this "tiny place out somewhere." It's worth it to me. And I've found a few other spots in and around town that I like to hit for food and entertainment. They were my first non-street buy, as I live in a place where everything still is outlawed, and I needed medical. Michigan had recently gone rec. I spent months exploring options and laws in surrounding states. Lots of cold-calling on the phone after that. These folks were different from the moment they answered the phone. There's a "main store," across the state, in Niles. Haven't been there, so I can't say how they compare. I chose the Chesaning shop. They aren't in a surrounding state. Hell, they're almost in another country, but I'll keep coming back.

First off, I just want to say I love your bud tender Anthony. He fully made my day. He deserves so much love and praise. He was thoughtful, helpful and just incredibly lovely to talk to. He talked to me about your patient journals, helped me find a strain for my migraines and he was just a joy to talk to.

Wowzer what a great place to get your meds for a great price. The definitely have quality for cheap affordable prices and the top shelf is 125 an oz without tax, what a steal.

I like shopping here and am a medical patient. I find the new specials and recreational strains a bit confusing. A good example is I enjoy blue dream but for some reason it is listed as recreational so for me to purchase it I must pay the higher recreational taxes . Who or what determines what is recreational and what is medical? Right now if you review the menu there are more recreational strands than medical 47-30 and many not designated at all. Glad they again started sending out the specials but I find that very confusing today’s specials were 10 grams for $50 or 10 grams for $90 good but what strains ? Doesn’t say ? I called to see what strands were the specials was told all our strains are on special every day so is it really a special if it’s that price everyday. Still a nice place and extremely nice people but to me seems they are trying to make it much harder than it needs to be.

Everyone is friendly from the minute you walk through the door. I have only been here a couple of times, but I will be a regular. The budtenders are always able to get me more than I had hoped for my money. I get great recommendations and I am always happy with the herb.
