Absolutely one of the best dispensary experiences I’ve had. The team at Ivy Hall runs a tight operation while still making the atmosphere feel welcoming and genuine. You can tell management actually cares about organization, customer flow, inventory accuracy, and overall guest experience instead of just pushing people through the line. Every visit has been consistent — knowledgeable staff, solid recommendations, fast service even during rushes, and a clean, well-maintained store. The front-of-house communication and teamwork stand out more than most dispensaries I’ve been to. Staff stays professional, approachable, and patient whether you’re a regular customer or completely new to cannabis. What really separates this location is the culture. There’s a balance between professionalism and personality that makes the experience feel elevated without being pretentious. Promotions are explained clearly, product knowledge is strong, and the employees genuinely seem invested in helping customers find what works best for them. Great place. They always have a killer deal in every category. The service is fantastic. Everyone there is happy to help and really make me want to keep coming back. Worth the drive and next to Costco.

Best shop around with the nicest budtenders out there. The selection is top notch. The building is clean and inviting. I know I have gotten anxiety just sitting in some waiting rooms but firelands is very professional and condition business as so. My go to shop and have never let me down. Great deals everyday of the week.

Hi Dasher, Dave here I was at one of my favorite dispensaries today. Antidote Michigan Avenue bud tender today was sky. I like this new product they got called ROVE it’s a vape and they sell pods and and they have the regular screw in cart so you suggested I tried one of the new ones premier cured resin. This is the best I’ve had if you go in there ask for Skyler Madison, New York, Lexi Jasmine Lulu they’re all good bud tenders don’t know what your budget is. Let him know if you’re looking for quality or quantity. They can make some really good suggestions. Lexi suggested some bud for my son for Thanksgiving. It was great. Have a good day. First time going to this Flower Bowl, I always go to the location on Michigan Ave. There is a couple of things right away I like about this location. First thing is, it’s way more spacious than the other one. Second, it’s not located on a dirt road and has a paved parking lot. And, just like the other location, they have a great selection and awesome prices. I’m happy this location opened.

I love this place. I have been going here for all my needs for over a year. Since I got my med card anyway. I'm a veteran their 30% discount makes it to where I can buy flower I normally couldn't afford. I'm truly grateful for this place! I just wish they would honor my loyalty points. I had almost 70. Then they just went away. Besides that, a locally owned business for local people. They work hard to keep the best medicine in stock. I got a Galenas 14.15g bag a few days ago. going back tomorrow for a half of Moroccan Peaches!

this location is much less intense than the others in the area. they still of course follow the security regulations, etc. but this location has great staff, and a great vibe. their point system is awesome, and they're great with their customers no matter who the employee is. their prices can't be beat either. keep up with the specials because I will keep returning if you do.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R.
