I've been to every dispensary within the St Charles area. The experience I have had here by far exceeded my expectations. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jordan. He was super helpful in helping me find the product that would work best for my needs. The facility is clean and the ladies up front are incredibly friendly. The sign in process was a breeze I'm happy to say that I finally found my go to for my medicine!

Tanisha was my budtender today and she was fantastic. She offered me a better deal (larger quantity) on my favorite product but I buy in smaller quantities in order to limit how much I smoke. I really appreciated her advice, her friendliness and professionalism. I've never had a negative experience at Story so the ones I've read are puzzling. Maybe it's time to look in the mirror, folks!

The vibe is great,however please fill the bags for the same price . Many of our fellow citizens and friends do not have the means to enjoy such a fine products and that is against everything cannabis is about .. given to those who deserve a break and wonderful people. This was my first visit to a dispensary in PA since getting my medical card, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. They took the time to educate me on the different products, explained the benefits clearly, and even introduced me to options I didn’t know were available to help treat my medical conditions. I’m really glad I stopped at this location and will definitely be shopping here again.

It was a cool historic building and the closest shop the the national mall and the museums. The staff was welcoming and the selection of flower was great!
