I like that the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is quiet which puts me more at ease. Some stores are very loud and it makes it hard for me to function well. They are always considerate of what you need. They make you feel valued.

My very first time going to their dispensary was an amazing experience. Very nice and welcoming. Ms. Shey did an outstanding job! She is such a blessing and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! She did more than our Shreveport dispensary would ever do for their patients. I like that is 7 minutes away from my home plus the schedule till midnight make it easier if you forget to buy early and that place it is very well located at 11 pm that place was lit people actively buying. A little loud but I guess it was the end of the shift so no big deal about it I will be doing the same.

I've been to Rise numerous times and I am very impressed. The people working at Rise are extremely knowledgeable and for a "novice" like myself it is appreciated. Today I was helped by a gentleman named Samm. He was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and directed me to the products that will help my sleeping condition. He gave me information regarding tolerance breaks (which I never heard of) as well as trying the products sublingually. I never even thought about doing this. Without his help I would have purchased the same product instead of expanding my horizons. Samm was extremely pleasant and courteous. I am definitely going back to RISE and I hope Samm is working when I am there. Rise is lucky to have an employee like Samm!

Most of the dispensaries have forgotten about the customer experience and for it on profits. I absolutely love the service I receive here.
