This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. Look the worm facility is closed but I've been getting your product from King of budz. That said I can't wait every time I see something from your facility I run and get it because there's so much following going around now you guys have got the best quality weed hands down in the state of Michigan and I know that's a bold statement but I am a weed smoker for 40 years and I know what I'm talking about I am so tired of going to the dispensary and get a movie or mildew weed so you know what I only buy social weed because so so weed is Not high-microbial and Not my mildew.. it takes the stress off of my mind to know that I can go get some souls or we even got to worry about it being messed up or so high in microbial it tastes like crap you guys like I said hands down across the state of Michigan is the best grower of the product hands down I just can't say enough about your product man I appreciate you guys although I am upset about the facility on Hoover being closed but hopefully you get it back soon and thank you for always putting out a good product

Last week was my first time stoping into pure roots centerline and I’ve already been back twice! I love the I can confidently shop here knowing the flower is absolutely top notch. I’ve never shopped at a dispensary with a strict non remedial policy, and truthfully I don’t think I can ever go back. Truly clean flower makes all the difference!!

This place is the best, and has the greatest employees! I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about, sounds like a bunch of Karens wanting special attention and treatment! Literally the review before this one is some woman complaining that a Karen came in and was yelling orders at the clerk, and instead of being understanding and letting the clerk get that belligerent woman out as fast as possible, the reviewer decided to be a Karen too. News flash lady, Pre-rolls take a lot less time than an ounce does, and you spent half the review degrading another customer, you sound like an awful person. I certainly wouldn't want to tell someone that yanked on the door and barged in shouting orders at me to wait while I help another customer, I'd get them out as fast as possible! Sounds like everything was fine until you had to wait because someone else didn't want to, blame the rude customer not the employee or business. Also the reviewer could have stepped in and told the rude customer to wait since they were their first, didn't hear ya say anything about that so you just let it happen and left a rude review, yeah real class act lady. Great place, despicable customers apparently.

One cool fact is this was the first place that me and my 82-year mother went together. The bud tenders treated her so great. We both was very satisfied with our purchases and the quality of the product. They are very helpful and Great service!
