The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is warm and relaxed, and a wide variety of top-quality products is always available. The prices are competitive, and catch the Monday deals to get more bang for your buck! They have supplies for your animal companions, and they showcase beautiful works by local artisans. A visit to Earthly Delights is a wonderful experience!!!

If you are a bud person, especially if you like rolling J's, this is the best spot. At the med shops they have 80 dollar indoor OZ and sometimes 60. Anything close to that price point here within 30 miles around the Augusta area has a funky taste, typically. Not Origins. Their THC chocolate bar they do now isn't just fire, it's dangerously delicious.

When I was TOTALLY hopeless that I would be anything but sick on these next two days because the methadone shuttle didn't pick me up, this place came through in flying colors at the last second and helped me to survive two days of being without my regular meds. I had such a wonderful, I had such a wonderful visit to top, notch exotics and the people that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly and offered their own suggestions and each person that works as a specialty, you know, for those who are specific about how they like to indulge and and sometimes you could even be invited up to the lounge, which is very nice, makes you feel like you're in a friendly atmosphere, very high recommendation.

Budr is my favorite dispensary, and they have several convenient locations.

Sabu and YaYa were knowledgeable, hospitable, and fun to talk with. The product selection in the store is amazing and the prices are the lowest in the New York metropolitan area. Of course the most important ingredient is the quality of the stash which is truly fabulous. They were both incredibly gracious and free with their time. All in All a fun time was had by all. Although the shop is an hour away, this is now my go-to and only cannabis shop. I am a pharmacist and I know a good drug when I see and inbibe one.

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!
