Been coming since August 7th ‘24! Everyone there is friendly and helpful, they have a decent amount of stock and decent prices compared to some other dispensary’s in Ohio!

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. My husband and I shopped here and Ryan was amazing. He helped us find what we were looking for and really spent a lot of time getting us the best deals for what we were looking for. While there we chatted with a few other employees. I wish I had caught their names as well, they were very knowledgeable. We will definitely be shopping again here. Amazing people!!!

It discreetly, but conveniently located off the main streets by the Walmart Superstore. The prices are ridiculous, but in line with the rest of the dispensaries. You can phone your order in for pickup, OR you can just go shopping. People have always been welcoming, friendly and helpful. I hope you are able to update the site with the more current information. I was going to check out the other “local” dispensaries, but after reading the other reviews, I probably will keep going here for my herbal shopping needs

I stumbled upon The Landing Dispensary by accident while visiting The Shangri-La dispensary nearby—and I’m so glad I did! After looking them up, I realized their product selection is far superior to Shangri-La, where I originally intended to visit. Every time I’ve come in, the staff has been incredibly helpful, going out of their way to make sure I’m getting the best deal possible. A special shoutout to Brian, who assisted me during my last visit. He was phenomenal—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find that level of care and attention these days, and it truly made my experience memorable. If you’re looking for great products and even better service, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I couldn't leave a 2nd review on Google so I'm doing it here. I always have a great experience at bloom! Today I was helped by Donavon and our conversation was informative and pleasant! He really knows his stuff, and made an excellent suggestion! thank you bloom for always exceeding my expectations!

We love this place, it’s like no other dispensary you’ll find in this area. It’s a quaint little shop with lots of good energy. It’s built inside what was once a grocery/butcher shop from the late 1800s. It has a shabby chic vibe, but if you need help finding what you need, the knowledgeable cannaseurs there know how to help you find that perfect bud or vape or gummy that will work for you. (Or resin or rosin or drinks, whatever you are looking for.) If you’re in the area, you really should stop in and just see this little gem! Almost forgot - the owner, Kelly, has her own brands. MYTCBD is the CBD brand and Torch Cannabis Co is her own brand for cannabis products she makes in her lab. She makes dosing oils, gummies, and vapes, and candy that is delicious. All of her stuff is full spectrum and gives a great experience. And the best part is she runs great deals every day.

The staff at this location have been super helpful with recommendations and teaching me about the basics of cannabis. Love visiting here! Wish it was a bit cheaper, otherwise I love this dispensary!

The employees always seem happy to help no matter how busy the store is or inexperienced the customers are. They have some of the best prices in the state and have some house brands constantly on sale! If you’re in the area check them out.
