I had a very pleasant experience at this dispensary, the Budtenders were very nice and helped me find what I was looking for, The inside is really cool and nice things to look at and do while you wait in line if there is one. very quick and easy and friendly. the prices are pretty good considering the area. I will be going back soon for the membership deals

Log cabin feeling when you walk in. Staff & guards are all very friendly, I like that they don’t all jump on you like it’s commission based, some other places I’ve experienced this. Always great deals!!

This is my regular dispensary. I love the website, it's menu is easy to understand and use. Great, laid-back staff. Always have great deals on a huge selection, from quantity to quality. And with the reward points i always have a little extra discount waiting.

I just wanted to give Sam, Carly, Robin and Misty a huge shout out for holding down the dispensary yesterday. Best shop around with the nicest budtenders out there. The selection is top notch. The building is clean and inviting. I know I have gotten anxiety just sitting in some waiting rooms but firelands is very professional and condition business as so. My go to shop and have never let me down. Aidan was excellent! He’s helped me before, & always puts me at ease. Everyone always has a smile when you walk in, & they are always helpful & are very knowledgeable about cannabis products. I’ve been back a number of times now, but I’m still a dummy when it comes to choosing the best strain & strength for my chronic pain. There’s a vast selection of items to choose from that are nicely displayed & you can always find a lots of items on sale. I highly recommend the Bourbonnais store when you’re in the the area!
