I Love the environment at Herbal Phoenix, They are very knowledgeable about their products, everything is tax included so there are no surprise fees or anything like that so the price you see on their menu is the price that you pay. Not to mention they always have a variety of flower in stock a little something for everyone. I also love the fact that they keep leafly updated regularly so you know what they have in stock and what they don't have, and all their flower is tested so that is a plus for me. The staff is very friendly and it is a great environment will definitely make this my go to spot cant beat their deals and customer service! Seriously go check them out you wont be disappointed, Especially with their triangle glue #4 and Cornbread in stock right now. The atmosphere is super chill and relaxing. There’s no feeling of being rushed, or that you’re a burden. Every tender I’ve met has been nice and courteous even at 10:45 on a Saturday night. Highly recommend this dispo not just for the people but the prices too.

I can't remember the managers name but she is awesome. I love that she set up a profile for me so that I can keep track of the things that I felt did not work as well as the things that did work. This place is very helpful and extremely patient oriented. It's refreshing to go into a place that doesn't ask what kind of high you'd like to have

Great place. employees are friendly, seem to be pretty knowledgeable about what they sell, and create a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. They are locally and family owned and operated. they do their best to be helpful, and the surrondings and people make you feel like home.

I don’t have a favorite dispensary but Altus is fast becoming the place I frequent most. The atmosphere is super chill and the budtenders will actually listen and give advice instead of just upselling what’s most expensive. If you’re on the fence about stopping by just save yourself some time and just go! You won’t be disappointed.
