Best weed dispensaries in Audubon, New Jersey with authentic reviews

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

THE PLACE TO SHOP!! This dispensary consistently has the best pricing in Western Mass!! Deals like no other! Everyone is nice and the staff is respectful! I only wish it was in Westfield. Definitely worth the extra 15 minute drive to get an OZ and stock up!

Jim buddy’s is a great small business. I have gone in for a number of different products since they opened and never had a bad experience. Everyone is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the items they carry. If you ask for their opinion you get an honest answer. They have a wide selection of products for nicotine, flower, and concentrate including the nicotine, flower and concentrate itself. The prices are competitive and this is one of very few stores I prefer to go to in person over online but you can also order online but you will be missing out on the friendly informative staff. I absolutely recommend this to everyone it’s where my dad and boyfriend go for their vaping needs.

This place is super awesome, very friendly and helpful. I actually had a issue with one of my vape pens I barely had for 24 hours just didn't work. They said bring back to store let us check it out. I thought man if they can't do anything I will be mad and lost out of $70. Guess what they were amazing seen it was not working and replaced it no issues what so ever. I was in beyond hello 7-18-25 and the CSR at the window Caeden was his name and he found me exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the product Beyond Hello had. The woman at register 5 that day took very good care of me treated me very nice was very helpful and friendly.

Every single time I visit this location I am always greeted very warmly. The staff here are all fantastic people and very knowledgeable in their field!

some of the employees are cool but some are rude. he asked people before me if they want to use their 25% off but doesn't ask me on my turn. and yes, I was using it. then he did something else childish, not writing it here. I will go to Springfield from now on.
