The staff are knowledgeable about their product and if they don't know the answer there is enough staff and someone is bound to know the answer. The service is welcoming and with a smile. I was in beyond hello 7-18-25 and the CSR at the window Caeden was his name and he found me exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the product Beyond Hello had. The woman at register 5 that day took very good care of me treated me very nice was very helpful and friendly.

Great atmosphere. Super knowledgeable about their products. The strains are absolutely amazing and the prices can’t be beat on their tier 1. If you have the opportunity please try the Gelly biscuits strain it was just to good to be true.
