Dispensaries open now in Basom, New York

First off, the design of the place is great. It’s chill, nicely decorated and has displays of lots of product. Even the displays are cool. Staff is super friendly and is willing to answer any questions without being annoyed. There’s two specific people who are my favorite. The bud quality is great. I mainly smoke pre-rolls and vapes, but when I did order flower it was fresh and not cheap (shake, twigs etc). Smells amazing, packaged easily. They have deals too if you want to explore.

Great experience at Crabtree. Went through the drive thru and used the pay by bank feature. The online order was filled in 5 minutes and I drove up and drove off in less then 2 minutes. This is my new favorite shop. Convenience is King.

Store is very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful!

April is great! The staff here are awesome. There are helpful very knowledgeable Always have great deals

Fast and easy. Everyone is nice and plenty of deals every week.

Favorite place on the block. Great customer service...Great options...cool points system...good hours.

I had a great experience at The Reserve. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process easy without making me feel rushed. The store was very clean, well organized, and had a nice selection. I’ll definitely be back.

VERY pleasant staff. Knowledgeable, and very helpful. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I certainly will be returning!

highly recommend this place. great specials and wide range of products not just flower. better than others around.

Easy and convenient, bud tenders were nice no complaints at all

I wanted to highlight the fact that when staff is minimal,Tahlia is always in the building. Appreciate the premiere service!

Really cool event, and lifetime discounts for attending the grand opening. Wtby Fine Fettle knows how to take care of its customers! That’s for all the free swag and loves the community partners.

Came in from out of town, you guys took care of me thanks.

The staff is always amazing and the product is top tier

They let me step inside with my dog out of the rain while I picked up my online order. Such a nice crew, they even gave him a little scratch behind the ears.

This is a great dispensary. Very knowledgeable and friendly budtenders. Excellent weed at good prices. Fantastic to have a dispensary close to home. And if you’re going to a concert at the Count Basie, it’s only two blocks away.

Great customer service/patient service. The ladies are super nice. I just don’t like that we are not able to pay with card online and just pick it up. Their selection are not as wide as other places. Which is what prompted me to change the location.

Great service . Very nice people to meet . From the first person to great you

Friendly staff. Always a pleasure. Top notch service for top shelf products.
