Every time I visit Bloom City I am greeted at the window by name and a friendly smile. The speed of service is fast and the product is top notch. I have been a patient since the dispensary opened and I have always been content and satisfied with the product and service. I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. Very professional and knowledgeable about all products I've been to just about every despensary in bay county and these folks are the best by far the flower they have is very good even the cheaper stuff and u definitely get your money's worth the staff are just great and funny people love it even there staff up front and there security guard is by the best I've seen good dude u feel safe

I have worked in the cannabis feild for a very long time, so I have become super picky, "finicky" As you will. This place is like home as soon as you walk in. I will drive out of my way and past about 8 other dispensaries just to come here. The staff is so sweet,caring, great listeners, and full of so much knowledge. Its always heart warming to walk into a business where they remember your name, ask how your family/kids are doing and best of all once they get to know you and your style they will help you find new strains that work better then your normal "go to" I just cant say enough great things about this place. Its even amazing to see the owner working and greeting the customers aswell.
