First time visit today. This was a well laid out facility that was easy to find with friendly and knowledgeable staff. My friend behind the counter, (I’m sorry I don’t remember your name) was a pleasure to deal with and we had a very nice conversation about effects of the particular strain I purchased. Great customer service/patient service. The ladies are super nice. I just don’t like that we are not able to pay with card online and just pick it up. Their selection are not as wide as other places. Which is what prompted me to change the location.

Great place but a little disappointed after driving 45 minutes to find they wouldn't honor what was on my invoice, saying 1 ounce was the limit. If so, they shouldn't have sent back the Leafly invoice showing my more ordered products if they weren't going to fill it all.

Madeline was awesome! She helped me pick out an edible and really took the time to explain the ingredients and how everything works. You can tell she’s very knowledgeable about the products she carries, and she made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I appreciated how patient and informative she was while helping me choose something that would be right for me. This place and Dreamer are the two best dispensaries in Western Mass! Prices are truly unbeatable, look no where else but these two places!! $50 oz's??? What???? Unreal!!! All high quality too so you don't have to worry about mold! (Cough cough HEKA cough cough)

I just wanted to say I always had a great experience here never no problems some people are just rude if just be honest and say things and not be rude because either you once worked with some of there’s people or your just being Mean because you have nothing else to do I bet after you smoke some of their stuff you will mellow out and see things differently just be kind there enough Bull Crap in this world ok IAM done Have A Merry Christmas and smoke some good stuff.

From the moment you walk into Canna Bar, you can tell it's something special. The space is beautifully designed—modern, welcoming, and discreet—unlike anything else in the area. "Everything is great except for the picture of the Avexia pain relief "balm". The picture shows the pump with the lotion, but when I received my order, it turned out that they only had the balm, which is greasy for your hands. I had ordered three bottles of lotion, but received balm instead. That's all." ( I even called to make sure they had it)
