Not sure what the fuss with previous reviews are about. Guessing they’re inexperienced with this process? I called in since I’m from Staten Island visiting the area. Super helpful over the phone. Emailed my documents, Came in, filled out form, and done less than 15mins? Only took extra minutes because I ordered a decent amount due to first time %20 discount available. Staff even helped me with the Brooklyn location and I’m definitely switching over to this Brand and location. Great experience and staff

Everytime I come back the strains are new and exotic. I come once a week and this dispensary has the best products and variety along with speed on wait times. the staff is all very sweet and knowledgeable and everyone is handsome with good energy.

This location is very clean and convenient for location. The prices are always the best in the city and the customer service is always 10/10. I recommend this location to anyone. Also, the product is amazing. Purple Churro from Cresco is the gas you fill your tank up with.

I feel like a walking commercial for how much I love this place. I found out about Pharmhouse by their involvement in bettering my neighborhood. They even go to neighborhood community meetings to see where they can help out! That’s why I’m more than happy to give back to them by purchasing their products. Their weed is high quality, the pricing is great, the staff is helpful and welcoming, and they have a pretty good selection of products to choose from. They have something for everyone, from lightweight to smoke yourself stupid. They also have a website that you can browse and order products to pick which helps with my social anxiety. Even curbside drop off. You can even choose a pick up time that works best for you. Pricing is also excellent! Due to their involvement in my community, I will be a long time patron. I've been experiencing product not weighing what it's said to be. A 3.5 1/8 and 1/4 have been lacking product and after complaining i was given a discount on my last purchase but it was even less then the last one , Paid 45 dollars and only got a gram and a half after rolling small cones . -3!!! i'm so disappointed as this store was my favorite store , The staff are wonderful and friendly but not receiving what i thought i was getting has me me questioning the chain of command of receiving product from the companies that are sold in the store. I have mentioned this problem numerous times and the only answer i ever get is that its not the Stores problem ,its the import from the distribution centers.. Is this a fair way to conduct business ?? The consumer is almost a Buyer beware , if we get less then we paid for its our problem not the store i buy from .. I don't understAnd why no one checks inventory that's been complained about on numerous times , instead the store makes the money and the custermer is left to just " Deal with it" I'm extremely bummed out about this but it appears no one cares
