I was disappointed they weren’t doing curbside because they said they were on the website, but I was actually really happy to go in and see their selection and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back again.

I have worked in the cannabis feild for a very long time, so I have become super picky, "finicky" As you will. This place is like home as soon as you walk in. I will drive out of my way and past about 8 other dispensaries just to come here. The staff is so sweet,caring, great listeners, and full of so much knowledge. Its always heart warming to walk into a business where they remember your name, ask how your family/kids are doing and best of all once they get to know you and your style they will help you find new strains that work better then your normal "go to" I just cant say enough great things about this place. Its even amazing to see the owner working and greeting the customers aswell.

This is my preferred dispensary. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. The two shop dogs are awesome as well! Earth Keeper has lots of variety, you're guaranteed to find something you enjoy. I also love that I can trust that everything is grown organically. No nasty chemicals!

Topher was my bud tender and was great! Had great suggestions, polite and very knowledgeable. The gentleman at the front desk was also great. He greeted me as soon as I came in, also let me know it was going to a little wait and told me about the first visit extras. Highly recommend it!

The RISE Medical Marijuana in Christiansburg is an excellent store. I have been to the store several times over the last 2 years. Joe and the entire staff are always so welcoming and helpful. Recently I had a product that was not helping me and I wanted to return the unopened product. Even though it was well beyond the 14 day period for returns, the staff gave me a small credit towards my next purchase. They got a new edible in that is probably my favorite edible next to the candy bars. Nerd ropes! I loved nerd ropes candy as a kid, so imagine the joy in my eyes when I saw these! The gummy is so easy to chew, it tastes amazing, it's a pack of 5 ropes 25mg each. Definitely an edible I would want kept around!
