I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

Been going there for quite some time great people great service. I will continue being a customer.

Wow! The building is so nice, amazing setup inside, the staff is knowledgeable and easy to talk to, all in all this was one of the best dispensary experiences I've ever had! They care about what you need. They are knowledgeable and always have a pharmacist on hand that can help you with extra details like terps and if it interferes with prescription meds.

Twice before while purchasing I had Zack for filling my order. What a knowledgable, kind, professional young man. He reviewed products specific to my questions and symptoms. He even provided multiple web sites and explained full spectrum and products to research with different terpines. I changed dispensaries and now will only go to PGH west, north Fayette. I stopped by the Hastings MI Lumberjack store (2nd time), but this time I bought the Flower of the Day, Superboof. Very nice smell from the package, smooth smoke, and a nice daytime buzz. The folks there are super friendly and had a 25% discount for the Flower of the Day. The store smells great and has a lot of other things to offer (I'm mostly interested in flower). I'll stop by the Dowling store some time soon to see what they have going on. One thing, I didn't recognize most of the strains for sale. I was hoping for some Sour Diesel or Blue Dream (common sativas) but they didn't have any of those older strains. Maybe that's good, they carry new hybrids for something different to try.
