Super personable, and made me feel comfortable asking and knew so much,i could tell she did her research and really wanted to help patients find what works for them, and teach them why. She was really knowledgeable about terpenes and their effects working with her helped me find some good strains for me. I used to think it was all about the THC content, but it turns out the terpenes can carry many beneficial effects and what you select can really impact your experience. If you go to Beyond Hello, ask for Gigi she was great and knew her stuff!

I’m a long time smoker, but this is the first time I’ve used a dispensary. I mentioned that to the girl up front because I wasn’t sure how it worked and was a little uneasy/embarrassed. She made me feel super comfortable instantly. Once she had me checked in, there was someone ready and waiting to help me find the perfect med for me. I told him the strains I was looking for and a bit about my tolerance and I left with everything I was looking for. Beautiful store, and even more beautiful people. Today for the first time I had trouble opening the PDF of my medical card. I was directed to talk to Chris, who really knows his way around a phone! He helped me get out to the state site just to re-download my card, and filed it away so that I had options of ways to open it. Good Job thwarting my panic attack (:.
