I've shopped at multiple Puffy locations and they all have been worth revisiting. The Kalamazoo store is my favorite though. Friendly staff, knowledgeable budtenders and great flower selections.

I came in last night and Michael recommended the GMO. I definitely was not disappointed. It was exactly what I was looking for. He went above and beyond what he had to do as a bud tender. There was a vehicle parked outside of the shop that was making me uncomfortable, and Michael had no problem walking me out to make sure I made it to my truck. Fantastic customer service and great products.

One of my favorite dispensary around town because of the Service you aren’t rushed and the tenders know the product as in medical purposes not recreational. I was also impressed on several occasions if specific tenders didn’t have answers to my questions they didn’t guess they searched for the answer in order to help me. That is what true customer service is all about!

I love shopping here. Destiny is amazing. She split an 1/8 for me so I could get 2 different strains which I love. I can't get enough of this place and it's so close to my house.

Very happy with the service and products I have purchased at Green Escape. Jessie is knowledgeable about the strains he carries and offers suggestions and tips on medicating. There is always a wide selection of product and new strains are pointed out for me. I appreciate having a solid Dispensary that I can count on for my medicinal Cannabis products. I've been in serious pain for a few months now and they have have bent over backwards to make a tincture and made pain gel to help me and it did!!! I couldn't get by without these folks!!! They have great products to choose from and very reasonably priced. Go check them out!!!

This place has been amazing Everytime I go in. just started going there for a black Friday sale and I've been back 5 times since. Excellent, I repeat EXCELLENT flower. Everytime. just wish they had better hours. staff seems really proud and familiar with their products. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I loved the strains I bought. They have some good clones in there as well. Check those out! They seal the product you buy and after opening at home, the package is resealable. I do wish they weighed and packaged in front of the customer though. Very cool folks there. I would recommend you give them a try.
