My very first time going to their dispensary was an amazing experience. Very nice and welcoming. Ms. Shey did an outstanding job! She is such a blessing and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! She did more than our Shreveport dispensary would ever do for their patients. I'll definitely be going back just because of her.

Keep forgetting to write this review! I've been a customer of Botanic Bliss for some months now, and my experience is always 10/10. Nick, who always assists me, is always on top of things (and has good recommendations for products!). Interestingly enough, I've never stepped foot into the storefront! I always order via Leafly and it's always a good experience. As for the products themselves, all I can say is try the purple Cosmic Nectar, hehe. I'm a heavier toker, and that's my drink of choice from here when I can afford to buy it. I've tried some other edibles here too, and all of them are have been great, really! My experience at THC Vape & Smoke was a very pleasant one! The guy who helped me really knew what he was talking about, and he was very friendly and professional. Because he took the time to show me things I wouldn’t have normally looked at, I found really cool gifts for people and some of the best smoke I’ve found in this area. They have a little bit of everything you would expect to find at a vape and smoke shop but the quality was better and the customer service is on point.

The manager Alexis hooked me up quick – no fuss, no pushing fancy gear I don't need. She was even able to save me a few bucks by throwing in a deal after I was ready to pay sticker price. Place is clean, no annoying music or weird smells. It honestly feels more like a place that's trying to be a part of the community, rather than some sketchy head shop vibe. They stand behind their product's quality and their recommendations have been spot on, which is always a nice peace of mind. What happens to the point system.??Haven't been able to accumulate for quite a few months now. Called to attention of several staff & one female employee said she hadn't been able to use hers for months also. PLEZ the old age crowd needs every bit of help we can get to deal with pain & sleeplessness.
