I have been to another dispensary down the street and I was very frustrated the way they were running the store. When I went to Ethos I was completely happy with the staff and the set up of the store. Customer service was excellent and the products are wonderful. Every time I go this REV-FRESH POND, the environment & atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. They'll take as much time as you need, (respectfully). THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTO.ERS!! New product has come around. Whether it's REV or Guest Cultivar, THEY ORDERED!!! I was so happy to see their menu yesterday, fully stocked, sales etc. SALES EVERYDAY TOO!!! HAD AN AWESOME END TO MY DAY YESTERDAY BY STOPPING BY REV!!! Sira Naturals is by far the Best dispenery in the Boston area. They always have sales, some up to 60% off. No other place does this & they have daily deals that make it possible for this disabled patient can afford on a budget that's below the poverty level. THANK YOU SIRA NATURALS

I am in the parking lot of the Commonwealth alternative the dispensary I was met by Kyle cuz Nico was not here I love them both the security guard Jamal he's very friendly he come out and helped me and especially Julie she came and gave me some toilet paper because I needed some and they were in a box I was sort of embarrassed but all I'm trying to tell everybody is this place is amazing and what makes it amazing is the staff that works here I feel that they really do care it's not just a job for them for them to be able to deal with me and I'm all over the place I recommend this place highly to anybody great staff

This was my first time to MedMen and I have to say I'm really impressed. I had an ordering snafu before closing and thought I wouldn't make it in time, but Colton got me in and got my order sorted out before they closed! He definitely went above and beyond with his service and for that I'll be sure to come back here next time I'm goin to the dispensary. Cheers!

I typically shop at the Central Sq. and Fresh pond locations and the quality is always SUPERB! Every time I visit this dispensary, the budtenders are always super helpful and never fail to impress me; they definitely prioritize saving me money while serving me with kindness. 10/10 recommend! (Get the Rev access card, it’s super worth it!)

Shana and Larry were fabulous I've only been twice but both times I had a great experience. Not only did they recommend some great sleep edibles but they answered all my questions and were so friendly. The place is clean and quiet also love that it's all displayed in glass cases so you can see what you're going to be purchasing.
