I have been to another dispensary down the street and I was very frustrated the way they were running the store. When I went to Ethos I was completely happy with the staff and the set up of the store. Customer service was excellent and the products are wonderful. Every time I go this REV-FRESH POND, the environment & atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. They'll take as much time as you need, (respectfully). THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTO.ERS!! New product has come around. Whether it's REV or Guest Cultivar, THEY ORDERED!!! Shana and Larry were fabulous I've only been twice but both times I had a great experience. Not only did they recommend some great sleep edibles but they answered all my questions and were so friendly. The place is clean and quiet also love that it's all displayed in glass cases so you can see what you're going to be purchasing.

I had an ordering snafu before closing and thought I wouldn't make it in time, but Colton got me in and got my order sorted out before they closed!
