The customer service here is always great, the staff is knowledgeable and happy to help. Large product variety, online ordering is easy and wait time is minimal. Oh, and aesthetics and cleanliness are always on point...it's like visiting your favorite coffee shop :)

I would say I'm a regular customer here. This is for a good reason. The friendly atmosphere Fair prices and just overall feel is just immaculate. I do go to other dispensaries but when I am in Great Barrington this is the one to go to. I would recommend anyone looking to go to a dispensary to go to this one they are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. And they will offer good recommendations if you're not sure what you're looking for. Once again you guys do a great job there keep up the good work and can't wait to see you soon.

Wow. I have been in a lot of dispensaries in my life & this, Peak location, ranks among the best. The cannabis flower is very, very nice, enhanced by the deli-style ordering because you can smell & see what you are getting. My bud-tender was helpful & patient with me as I chose my purchases. Beyond that, even though this is a recreational use facility, the kindness & compassion demonstrated by the staff really moved me.

I've been here a few times & I have to day that my overall experiences have been really good. I prefer Verano flower & The Botanist always has a good selection from them to choose from. It is also located in the same town that I live in. I'll be coming here for a long time.

Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Her customer service skills are great! She made a comment that had me smiling the rest of the day. She interacts with people very well in my opinion! Let me just say I’ve been waiting for Maryland to finally get real and let go and legalize you know what I’m say lady’s and gents?anyway I’m pretty bad off the last 5-6 months now I had a horrible car accident at work and have not worked or anything in 5 months let me say the people here are great helpful kind !!showed me EXACTLY what I needed to do and it’s great I can finally buy bud just like alcohol!!it’s seriously about freaking time lol anyway thanks guys and gals at ascend ur great and I’ll be seeing u really soon for a new treat !
