This dispensary is so great! I love supporting a queer woman owned business and the service here is always amazing. They are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is so fun and welcoming! I recently got a cart from them that was defective and they replaced it with no problem and were so great! Definitely recommend this place

The quality of their products are always consistent and the service is so fast and friendly. The atmosphere of the store is is peaceful and very easy to navigate. This by is my number one dispensary.

Each time we’ve been at Indigo in Brooklawn, we had very courteous and attentive bud tenders who have assisted us. I wanted to especially mention Nina, who has helped us twice now and was very helpful and shares her knowledge as we are getting more information regarding products to help 2 of our very close friends that are dealing with terminal issues. From when I recd my card I shop nowhere else but Trulieve on 3rd and Packer in Philly. Has a parking lot. On line order are done quickly. Staff is great. I can't wait until you can have a lounge and cup a tea and a doobie on the premises would be awesome.

They got a new edible in that is probably my favorite edible next to the candy bars. Nerd ropes! I loved nerd ropes candy as a kid, so imagine the joy in my eyes when I saw these! The gummy is so easy to chew, it tastes amazing, it's a pack of 5 ropes 25mg each. Definitely an edible I would want kept around!

I've been here a few times & I have to day that my overall experiences have been really good. I prefer Verano flower & The Botanist always has a good selection from them to choose from. It is also located in the same town that I live in. I'll be coming here for a long time.

This team of budtenders are some of the best in the Mohawk valley, maybe even in the industry. Everyone was genuinely knowledgeable about companies and products they had in store. Andrea was a plethora of information on New York brands and their practices. Carly also being an open book of info; elaborated that she studied cultivation at a SUNY school. She made me comfortable while shopping but also made me feel confident with my selection due to her knowledge and experience. They informed, and signed me up for a killer loyalty program too before I left. Also, the shop is woman owned! I can’t recommend this shop anymore!

Not only are they offering free meds cards but their product is great quality, their staff are absolutely amazing, will go above and beyond to help steer you in the right direction of whatever could possibly work best for your needs. They do whatever it takes so that you are happy when you walk out that door. I was blessed to meet a Desiree that works there what really warmed my heart during my last visit. Love this dispensary. I go up to Maine fishing often and glad I stumbled upon this place. Excellent selection, cute store and friendly helpful staff. I have a hard time finding strains that treat me well. Often get high anxiety. Garden Girls strains all are incredible, level and kind to me. Cindy 99 white widow, Girl Scout cookies and northern lights all were fantastic. I have a hard time smoking weed from anywhere else at this point because theirs is just so good!

I loved talking w/John the pharmacist to expand my knowledge on medical marijuana. He was clear, knowledgeable and caring. He genuinely cared. He made it easy for me to ask questions. The staff was extremely caring and knowledgeable they had an innate way of making you feel comfortable and they were like a team in helping me figure out which strain/ terpenes were best for my conditions. Try the cookies there great, The 50 dollar ounce is insane I got what I would have paid 200-220 dollars on the street 20 years ago, Not as clean as more expensive dispensary weed they give you the full bud with the stem that carries the 3 to 4 smaller buds that get picked off on the more expensive bag. The quality is there I got an indica that had the punch you would expect. GREAT DEAL, times are good in the weed world!!!
