I had a great experience at JARS thanks to Rosa! She was super friendly, patient, and really knew her stuff. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed. It’s always nice walking into a place and being greeted with good energy, and Rosa definitely delivered that. Give her a raise she’s awesome!

I gave you guys a five star review because I like your store and you have good products however I’ve been working to try and get my $10 off for the last month and a half and now all of a sudden my points are gone and they were never redeemed. It’s only $10 so it’s not the end of the world but I think it really sucks because I was hoping to save $10 today.
