I have been fortunate enough to experience a hand full of different dispensaries in different states and i can say this is by far the best in Illinois! Great staff! Awesome product selection! Great prices! And patient employees with manners which is there most precious resource. They always offer great deals and you can tell they are run by good hearted people. last but not least they have a great set up here, i mean great!!! It was a good experience coming there for the first time

I come here once or twice a month and I absolutely love the service and the quality is always really great. I always leave with a smile and I got a really cool Halloween t-shirt that I will keep forever.

So I learned of this place through a guy who used to work at Supura and when I finally figured out how to get there OMG I love it! It's a deli style little place. There's a girl with purple hair, a girl with curly hair I think she's in the back now and a guy I usually see on times I go but everyone is super nice! The prices are so good I actually don't even go anywhere else anymore when I'm in town! This place is definitely on my top 3 of my favorites! The manager guy Jakoda I think he's definitely the homey we always get a great greeting when we come in!! In the summer they have this cute little kid selling hot dogs outside and chips! Seriously who else does that! Y'all are definitely missing out if you haven't been to this hidden little gem!!

This is my go-to spot. The budtenders are all so kind and knowledgable and never try to oversell things. The prices are affordable and I’m always able to find at least something to help with my inflammatory autoimmune diseases.

Great place, best prices I'm 50 miles. Use to go to the ones in Coldwater, much better prices and selection. We'll worth the extra 10 minute drive.

Parking lot is small but security has your back and will get you in and out. You can get great weed lots of places but this store has a vibe. All the employees are great. Literally made me feel like I was out shopping with extended family. Got some great deals and had a blast too. Thanks guys!

Checked this place out over the weekend. Great displays for the products with everything nicely laid out. The bud tender was making my cart on his tablet so I didn’t have to keep making him walk everywhere to get my stuff. I was able to browse and read packaging without feeling rushed, which rarely happens at other dispensaries. The place was also nice looking and very professional. I may have found my new regular spot

I've been to every dispensary within the St Charles area. The experience I have had here by far exceeded my expectations. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jordan. He was super helpful in helping me find the product that would work best for my needs. The facility is clean and the ladies up front are incredibly friendly. I was in beyond hello 7-18-25 and the CSR at the window Caeden was his name and he found me exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the product Beyond Hello had. The woman at register 5 that day took very good care of me treated me very nice was very helpful and friendly.
