this was my first visit to a dispensary and it was great! super chill and quiet, the staff member who helped us was SUPER kind and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! definitely would recommend, and i’ll be visiting again :)

This location is very clean and convenient for location. The prices are always the best in the city and the customer service is always 10/10. I recommend this location to anyone. Also, the product is amazing. Purple Churro from Cresco is the gas you fill your tank up with.

I feel like a walking commercial for how much I love this place. I found out about Pharmhouse by their involvement in bettering my neighborhood. They even go to neighborhood community meetings to see where they can help out! That’s why I’m more than happy to give back to them by purchasing their products. Their weed is high quality, the pricing is great, the staff is helpful and welcoming, and they have a pretty good selection of products to choose from. They have something for everyone, from lightweight to smoke yourself stupid. They also have a website that you can browse and order products to pick which helps with my social anxiety. Even curbside drop off. You can even choose a pick up time that works best for you. Pricing is also excellent! Due to their involvement in my community, I will be a long time patron. I live in Hot Springs. So my two choices locally are Suite 443 and Green Springs. At least for now, Hot Springs is getting the last dispensary (Arkansas state law caps the number of dispensaries to 40 and we have 39 right now). Anyways. I believe because we only have to choices that's why the prices in Hot Springs are especially bad even for Arkansas prices and that's say quite a lot. Basically everything, be it flower, vape carts, or concentrate are all more expensive than basically any other dispensary in the state. Including Arkansas Natural Products, Custom Cannabis, Berners, High Bank (funny since that is Suite 443's sister store), The Treatment etc. On average everything at Suite 443 and Green Springs is $10-$25 more expensive, sometimes even more. It's gotten to where their sale prices everyone loves to praise are just what other dispensaries charge every day. But that means you better be free to go that day (with one days notice the night before), have the money that day, and hope what you like is on sale. Plus, if it's an event sale like 4th of July, or the 710 sale you will have to wait in line for ~20-25 minutes just to get in. But not only do we only have two choices, but Green Springs only sells products from half of the 8 harvesters. No Carpenter Farms, Osage Creek, Bold (though I'm fine with that), or Delta/Rev. So, if you want any of their products Suite 443 knows they are your only choice (unless you wanna drive about an hour each way to Custom Cannabis or further, deal with the interstate etc). And go figure Green Springs just prices 99% of everything they do carry the same prices as Suite 443. Ever since I found out ANP delivers to Hot Springs about 3 weeks ago, I haven't set foot in Suite 443 or Green Springs. And everything I've ordered has been significantly cheaper than the price at Suite 443.

Friendly staff and fast service every visit. Usually have some great sales going on and their living wall is awesome! Haven’t checked out the lounge yet but I’m sure it’s great.

LOOOOVE this dispensary!!! I honestly can't say enough good things about them. The vibe of the whole place is great, the staff is spectacular (so friendly and they remember your face), their prices are reasonable, and their deals/sales are absolutely fabulous. They sell lots of fun extra stuff, too, that's a ball to look through (for example, I got my stepdad a book of how to turn 100+ objects into something you can smoke out of - hilarious!). Can't recommend this dispensary enough!! (And DEF see them for 04/20, it's a total blast!)

I don't know about their smoke but their clones have been top shelf. I still have the Huge Fat budded Elvis OG and a Lemon Kush I got there and I love them. They did a good clone selection. I wish I could get another Sweet Black Angel because that was pretty good. It had a nice tight bud with a delicious blackberry flavour with a decent effect. I was sad to see them stop offering clones since they have all been great and clean.

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Appreciate you.

My favorite dispo hands down. I drive nearly 2 hours for them and I am never disappointed. They are always quick to mend a problem if there is one (forgot to grab my wax but held one for me the next time I came in) love the place! I dont want them to open up for rec though, keep that wonderful flower for medical patients only ;)

I love this place. Been going here for about 3-4 years they have the best deals and the bud tenders are all amazing people. I don’t go anywhere else
