Generally a awesome place i go 2 to 4 times a week. Today 12/1/2020 i go in and get 7 grams of Skywalker and 3 grams of lambo i get home and popped open the 3 grams of lambo and being only 3 grams it had 3 rather big stems. I called to inform them they say come in and we'll make it right. I went in and they weighed the stems i brought in cane to 0.007 ig a gram. That's exactly what I got in return in a bottle with the label saying 0.07 grams couldn't you all just make it a full gram lol guess not

Always friendly and knowledgeable. Can almost always find a good hybrid for my leg and back pain. Plus, the employees have fun. I will not go to some dispensaries just because the staff are A-holes.

I have been a Medical Card Holder for over 7 years. As a patient I have been in many dispensaries. My experience at Minerva I Los Luna's has been one I'll never forget. Gi Gi is an example of someone you would hope to see in every dispensary. I've been very I'll during my visit. GiGi dropped everything to help me. I was very sick. She walked out with me, made sure I could get home. She went way above &beyond! I haven't been back for months. Today I walked in & immediately she ask how I was. I was embarrassed due to how sick I was my last visit. That disappeared in 2 minutes. She is an amazing employee! She will be the reason I return. Tim went out of his way to make sure I left with what I needed. Very kind, smiled the whole time. Again, making me extremely comfortable. Great experience! Thank u both

I came here for their reputation and their organic growing methods. I wasn’t disappointed! When you grow in real soil, the weed is more grounding. Because… it’s been in the ground. Well, that’s what I like to think, poetically speaking. ;) I also REALLY appreciated their staff. They were informed and present/centered. You get the feeling that they not only care about their job, but they have genuine rapport with the Carvers, and that the growers’ methods have earned their respect.

Urban Wellness is the best dispensary hands down in New Mexico. I feel at home at this place and they even know me by name. The bud tenders at Montano are very knowledgeable about the product and get me right every time I come in. If I could give a higher rate I would as the customer service is stellar. Great dispensary! Owner is very knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to answer any questions or concerns. The flower is high quality and reasonably priced for a dispensary. I especially enjoy the platinum rolls that are available every so often. I do wish there was more consistency with strain availability, but it's not really in the owners control, and most of the strains they do have at any given time are great! I've been going for over a year and have had nothing but positive experiences. They also have a rewards system that's nice!
