I always love walking into their dispensary. They make you feel welcome no matter your experience and education level. I love their baked goods and the tenders are very knowledgeable with the effects of most strains, and if they have not tried it, they will ask others and get input.

This is a great place with great and helpful service. They have shake which is important to me because I make my own edibles so I can control the ingredients. I’m going after my New Mexico medical card and they were kind enough to show me other products that I can get once I do the medical card. Super friendly people clean place and lots of choices. I have been a Medical Card Holder for over 7 years. As a patient I have been in many dispensaries. My experience at Minerva I Los Luna's has been one I'll never forget. Gi Gi is an example of someone you would hope to see in every dispensary. I've been very I'll during my visit. GiGi dropped everything to help me. I was very sick. She walked out with me, made sure I could get home. She went way above &beyond! I haven't been back for months. Today I walked in & immediately she ask how I was. I was embarrassed due to how sick I was my last visit. That disappeared in 2 minutes. She is an amazing employee! She will be the reason I return. Tim went out of his way to make sure I left with what I needed. Very kind, smiled the whole time. Again, making me extremely comfortable. Great experience! Thank u both
