I live just around the corner and this proximity lulled me into taking Smooth Remedies for granted as a local small dispensary among the ever growing herd of chain dispensaries everywhere in Maine. Mistake! This place is a find, from owner young yet knowledgeable Mike, to his affordable high quality products and well organized pleasant dispensary. His alternative to so called high potency tinctures like Thc-B, or P, or now foolishly illegal O, (all bought from highly reputable on line lab tested outlet) was a generic 10mg per mL tincture which for this aged and highly experienced user was at least equally as potent for positive mood, relaxation, pain relief at the lower!! less costly of the two potencies he offers!!!

I have worked in the cannabis feild for a very long time, so I have become super picky, "finicky" As you will. This place is like home as soon as you walk in. I will drive out of my way and past about 8 other dispensaries just to come here. The staff is so sweet,caring, great listeners, and full of so much knowledge. Its always heart warming to walk into a business where they remember your name, ask how your family/kids are doing and best of all once they get to know you and your style they will help you find new strains that work better then your normal "go to" I just cant say enough great things about this place. Its even amazing to see the owner working and greeting the customers aswell.

This place is super awesome, very friendly and helpful. I actually had a issue with one of my vape pens I barely had for 24 hours just didn't work. They said bring back to store let us check it out. I thought man if they can't do anything I will be mad and lost out of $70. Guess what they were amazing seen it was not working and replaced it no issues what so ever. Just had my second experience with this business after I said I wouldn't and I'm very happy about how it all turned out. I wasn't happy with a product and Jolene wanted to make sure she made it right with me even if it meant driving another 150 miles.....thank you! I overreacting and If anything I'm guilty of being a bit harsh and quick too judge and my sincerest apology. Customer service was and is excellent and would definitely do business with them again.

When I was TOTALLY hopeless that I would be anything but sick on these next two days because the methadone shuttle didn't pick me up, this place came through in flying colors at the last second and helped me to survive two days of being without my regular meds. The quality of the products here are awesome and they deliver to you! I love the place!

I opted for pickup, so I can't speak to the delivery service. I placed a large order here and was able to pick it up within a few hours. I pulled into the parking lot and someone was waiting for me. They brought my bag right out and we had a pleasant chat for a minute before I was sent on my way. The bud is high quality, what I'd expect for the advertised prices. I have my eye on a specific strain, and they made it a point to let me know when they would have more in, which I appreciated. There is nothing I can reasonably think of that would have made my shopping experience better. 5/5 all around

Prices are way to much here double than most others

So nice and Quiet .. is there music ?? wow but I like the personal. What I have tried is fabulous .. and Umami can hook you up if you don't have ID on you .... Thank you everyone....
