everyone in the store was very helpful. from the first lady inside the door to the 2 ladies' inside helped order what I needed and the lady behind the counter helped me with the checkout. it could not have been any better. see you all the next time.

The employees always seem happy to help no matter how busy the store is or inexperienced the customers are. They have some of the best prices in the state and have some house brands constantly on sale! If you’re in the area check them out.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. When I walk in the door I'm greeted with a Hello and a smile they have great customer service and atmosphere is out of this world! The staff are very knowledgeable about their products. They always got the deals. Best spot in town

I absolutely love this dispensary! They have ample parking & have started curbside service. The inside is quite large & very clean. The staff are all incredibly friendly & knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. They have one of the best rewards systems and saving money is super easy.

I have 2 small puppies who I care for daily. Ascend welcomed them as I made my purchase. Very cool. Place across river was very condescending as they said "dude" dogs aren't allowed. Well bye bye then CWN. Good Job Ascend.

Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Her customer service skills are great! She made a comment that had me smiling the rest of the day. She interacts with people very well in my opinion! Thank you for helping me in every way possible when I visited rise! I will definitely recommend rise to anyone!

I’ve always loved this dispensary. The owner and her daughter are absolutely wonderful and the budtenders actually know what they are talking about. Every time I visit this dispensary, I leave in a much better mood. They definitely live up to their store name! I would highly recommend this dispensary to new patients and veterans alike. All around a great place to purchase your medicine. They’ve also got great deals and a great range of products. I absolutely love this place!

Overall, this is my go-to favorite dispensary in this area. Most of their selection is high quality for a decent price. Fridays are 30% off all flower, so that’s my favorite time to go. The staff is knowledgeable of their products and can guide you in the right direction. They also offer to help you safely get to your car if it’s later in the day, especially because they’re open until 8 PM 7 days a week. All the staff is welcoming whether you’re new or a regular.

Hey guys, if you want variety to get you’re meds I highly recommend HWC and Theory wellness. Theory wellness is a much newer one and was opened less than a year ago, they have great inventory and always have new shit on top of having the shit I usually like, like gorilla glue live rosin or GDP live budder. Red mints/Peanut butter mac/london pound cake are the best strains I’ve found there, anytime I see those strains i immediately wanna get them. I recommend everyone check it out at least once, it’s over off of sullivant next to a gas station.

I love this place! No matter who is working, the staff is knowledgeable and down right just awesome!

Good experience overall. The customer service rep who checked me in,is friendly and knowledgeable about product. I was called up to the back very quickly and the bud tender was honest and didn’t try to sell me shit, he was straight up about everything. The price was on point for a half gram disposable, just what I was looking for since I’m only in town for a couple more days. He recommended a disposable that I probably would have never looked at but this hits hard. Only regret is I didn’t get the names of the product or the friendly folks who helped me.

Thankyou to Erin for finding me find products that helped deal with body pain. I wasn't sure at first if they have parking but they have parking in the back and across the street. Everyone that works here makes me feel welcome and they are very attentive, It makes me look forward to coming in to shop!

The Farm is so convenient my only problem is they are so much higher than Columbia Care. I don't even deal with Best Buds in Dover Columbia Care always runs specials, sales special promotions which really helps offset some of the cost. I love going to The Farm it is so close and convenient but for what I spend monthly it pays to drive to Smyrna to get a lot more product for the money. If The Farm would start offering some specials it would really boost business.

Everyone is always so friendly at this location and the lines are not long at all. The drive through is nice though I've never used it. Probably has the most variety of product for lowest price out of all the local surrounding RISE locations.

I had the help I needed to find the perfect flower i needed with the help of Chelsea. She helped me find the exact terps in the right amount for me. I learned a lot and hope to learn more from her next time. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend.
