Dispensaries open now in Winchester, Virginia

It’s clean and never really busy. Quick in and out and everyone is nice

Temporarily cash and "pay by bank" (aka DutchiePay) for the near future. Rec only.

Ever since recreational started, they really have gotten a hold of the line. But I am leaving a review on one specific visit where a gentleman named, Dalton Watts was a huge help. I think he overheard me talking with Beth about some of my issues and he recommended RSO, which I really appreciated. He gave me a lot of advice and went above and beyond. Beth also made sure that I know RSO was made by glass roots, which was also helpful so I had two team members helping me as a customer and I just was blown away, but their knowledge, Patience, and as always friendliness. This is my favorite dispensary by far not just for product but also because there’s a smile on every employee’s face. I will be back.

Fantastic experience every time I visit. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They love answering all of my questions!

I visited here twice thus far and will again. Polite, helpful bud tender. Thanks

Did a preorder and slight hiccup but was resolved asap Looks like stoooopid fire from my side

I absolutely love that they have a large selection of High CBD Sativa flower and pre rolls. The best strains in the area.

Lia was amazing. They have a great deal of product and provides great customer service

Great service from Teresa!! Found two products I love in the same store!! The sale on the Jeeters is really great!! I was able to get a lot for my money. Looking forward to coming again soon . ~Maudib282

Sweet tee was the best. Took great care of me I'm more then appreciative

I was having a bad day and Melissa made sure to help turn that around. Really appreciate the help.

Welcoming environment, friendly and knowledgeable staff, large inventory, and reward points!

I loved the atmosphere and great customer service. It is a great beautiful place. Their cannabis has a ton of variety and works very well! I will definitely be going there again! It is over all a great place for everyone as well as pets too!

The staff is very knowledgeable and if there's anything they may have questions about, they have a library they can reference to get more information for their customers. They have a very wide variety of flower, pre-rolls, tinctures, edibles, etc. My personal favorite is the multi packs they have for pre rolls. Saving me the time of having to roll when I'm super busy at home. The music and vibe is calming and laid back. They also have number is comfortable sitting area's where you can wait while they tend to other customers. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending it to those that ask.

Awesome staff & excellent customer service. 5/5 would recommend to anyone in central MA

Best dispo around and thanks to Mickey for helping me find some great cannabis great customer service !

Shoutout to Breanna, always a good trip when I go to jars

They have a good process from check-in and have enough clerks to handle the busy times.

Been shopping here shortly after they opened, very friendly staff. Best part is going into the bud room, smells too good lol.
