Sorry, unable to edit my prior review. I was not overcharged or deceived. The receipt was confusing, the itemized column added up to the correct final total not the subtotal. It is just an odd accounting thing probably to make sure NYS gets their piece of the action. Wonder how many customers have been confused by this. I figured it out before I went to inquire. So fortunately I didn't make an donkey out of my self. We're cool

Every staff member has a smile and a greeting, they remember your name. They can help put together products for the price you want to pay and you won’t be disappointed- they know the product. I always feel uplifted when I leave.

Staff is amazingly helpful and always strives to get you the best deal, the selection is vast and the rewards program is unbelievable. 10/10 would recommend!

This is my favorite dispensary all the budtenders are very knowledgeable and nice. Also the rewards system is amazing you get cash back in the app for every purchase.

EVERY time I go to Liberty Baltimore I have a FAB experience. From the customer service, to the products offered to convenient parking...but really the customer service is the BEST.

Hands down my favorite place. I’ve been going to them since they opened up everything’s in Plainview. You can see all the options and they got a tremendous inventory of different things. I’ve been going here instead of Cannabist in Vineland, Over there everything‘s in drawers and you got no idea what it looks like or anything until they bring it to you.. At social everything‘s right there and they can reach it to you in a second so you can get a great view and decide if you want it or not they work with you if you’re interested in certain things they’re very helpful and I go there probably 3 to 4 times a month if not more. I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!
