Been here a few times and was always really nice and explained different products. Everyone was always real kind and one of the few places that takes 18+ medical cards instead of 21+. Definitely my main dispo and love comin to em! Would love to see more variety come to the MED side but even still, great dispo!

I'm so glad I discovered this place. I felt very welcomed when I came in, the regional manager helped me my first time and he was super knowledgeable and helped me narrow down some strains to try for my migraines and insomnia. I love the quality of the products and the potency is on point.

We have been patrons since 2022 of this store and chain of dispensaries, each time we are not disappointed. Great quality of flower, the pricing tiers are becoming more affordable for many wallets and the staff always make us feel welcome. They remember us and our journey the last 2 years! I've been buying my concentrates from Terrapin for quite some time. Not just this location, but also both Boulder locations, along with the Aurora locations. The 8 pack or bear pack (double bear concentrates) is where its at for value. I've never had an issue with any of my product for almost up to a year. When I had one issue with my wax, I was able to to speak with the manager of the Longmont location. He was super friendly and called me. He took care of me the very next day. He even had multiple solutions that would best suit me. This shows that Terrapin wants their guest to have an enjoyable experience and also feel you got your money's worth. I will continue to only shop at Terrapin because I value their product and they value me as a customer.
