At first there was some issues. Of course me being a first timer and not knowing certain things and Vice versa is what lead to these issues. So I had decided not to deal with this store and just go elsewhere at this point but then this professional,polite,kind, patient and lovely lady by the name of Abby came in and fixed the issue and on top of that walk me through the settings and process and just like that I haven’t gone to no other place in fact I come here just because she is here. Btw thank you again today for helping me out again. She really goes above and beyond.

Trulieve tarpon springs always friendly staff and seem to have good stock compared to some busier locations that may run out fast of things like minis. Very helpful staff, my last visit I had a complicated order and had to change out a few things and Jodi took care of everything while still making me feel like she was happy to help.

Went in today before the store closing early, because of Hurricane Helene, staff was so helpful. Eli went above and beyond assisting with my order, he is knowledgeable about the products and was able to help me select the best products within my budget. Eli and Juan Carlos were working when I went in and both staff members were very friendly and wished patients to stay safe during storm.

The Columbia Care location in Logan, OH is AWESOME! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The security guard took it upon himself to help me while the other gentleman was busy assisting my brother. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me narrow down which products would work best for me. He was spot on. The gummies are working exactly the way I had hoped, something to help my pain that won’t make me feel high so I can function throughout the day. Tracey was very patient and helpful. Her coworker was very nice also. I had been curious about going and did not feel like getting dressed today due to the tropical storm and felt kind of stupid NOT being dressed or having my hair and makeup done, but they did not treat me any differently than any other customer that would have been all dressed up and that made me feel just as confident and not anxious as I had been walking in the doors!

My first time at any dispensary was here and I was so nervous but that all melted away when I got through the doors. Service was quick and easy, the staff were knowlgrable and accommodating.

Visited LHS for the first time for their Mary’s Medicinals patches. Went on a Monday and took advantage of their 15% off, along with becoming a new patient. I sampled Sativa, Indica, CBN, and CBG. I’ve gotten to the first two, the Sativa isn’t as energizing as I thought it would be. IMO, it’s positive, making this pleasurable for anxiety sufferers as well. Luis was very helpful with product selection and making accurate recommendations for my ailments. This Orlando South location is clean, well-appointed, in-and-out rather quickly. Even with GPS, it was difficult to navigate, the white building blends in well with its surroundings. Tip: Mary’s Monday’s and Flower Friday’s, I hear they have a vape cart special as well (not sure what day).

When you go there, make sure to ask for Jarin, one of the managers for this store. All the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Tell them what you want and they'll do their best to get what you need. They always have different sales going on and I get a text message whenever the sale items change. This last time both my son and I got 60% off everything because it was our third time in the store. They also have other discounts, like a 25% veterans discount.

Usually have everything I want just a little higher priced than I'd like but it's acceptable.
